TYIS Seasonal Program - A Fun & Engaging Learning Adventure!

Looking for an exciting and educational way to keep your child engaged this spring? Look no further! The TYIS Seasonal Program is designed to:
　• Spark curiosity and a love of learning with hands-on, experience-based classes.
　• Keep students immersed inｚ English while making new friends.
　• Provide high-quality educational support for working families.

What We Offer:
• STEM & STEAM Labs - Interactive and educational labs where science, technology, engineering, art, and math come together.
• Secondary Languages - Fun and immersive language lessons to spark curiosity on the student's path to multilingualism.
• Swimming - Weekly swimming lessons in our heated pool.
• Impact Makers for Change - Develop leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills through various hands-on activities

Every week, children will enjoy engaging swimming sessions. (Parents must provide swimming gear.)

• Cubs (K5 to G2) - Fun, foundational learning!
• Wolves (G3 to G6) - Challenge and growth!
• Alphas (G7 to G9)

Delicious & Nutritious Lunches
Enjoy fresh, daily-prepared meals from Cezars Kitchen, delivered straight to TYIS!
• A wide variety of meal options catering to international students.
• Two portion sizes to suit your child's appetite!
• Lunches must be reserved for the full week. No refunds for missed meals.
Lunch Fees:
• M size (5 days): 4,600 JPY
• L size (5 days): 4,850 JPY

Convenient Extended Services for Busy Parents
Need extra time? Our extended program runs Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
• Safe and engaging activities, though no structured curriculum.
• Held in classrooms, with occasional outdoor walks.
• Parents must provide an afternoon snack for their child.
• Flexible per-day sign-ups available (hourly sign-ups not offered).

• TIME: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Fees & Payment Information
Program Fees:
• Non-TYIS Member: 63,250 JPY/Week
• KG/TYIS Member: 55,000 JPY/Week
Optional Extras:
• TYIS T-Shirts: 1,000 JPY/pc
• Lunch:
o M size (5 days): 4,600 JPY
o L size (5 days): 4,850 JPY
• Extended Services (until 6:00 pm): 3,300 JPY/Day
• Japanese Class (3:00 pm - 4:00 pm): 3,300 JPY/Day
Available every day for Grades 3-6.
• If you join Japanese Class and Extended Services, add 2,200 JPY per day.

Refund Policy:
• 8+ days before program start: 100% refund
• 1-7 days before program start: 70% refund
• Same day, before 9:00 am: 50% refund
• After 9:00 am on the start day: No refunds
• Refunds are minus the transfer fee and processed within 2-3 weeks.
