Designed for students seeking admission to universities or vocational schools, these courses help students take an active role in choosing the institution that best matches their interests, strengths, and future goals. Through a step-by-step program that includes further-education seminars, one-on-one counseling, and interview practice, we provide practical, individualized guidance throughout the entire process—from gathering information and choosing schools to applying and taking entrance examinations.
By integrating Japanese-language development with academic and career planning, students build the skills they need not only to gain admission to their chosen university or vocational school, but also to succeed in their studies after enrollment.

Classes address a wide range of situations and themes that students are likely to encounter in daily life in Japan, in further education, and later in society. Students use Japanese to complete practical tasks based on these real-life contexts.
By combining language activities such as listening, reading, speaking (interaction and presentation), and writing, students do more than acquire knowledge of Japanese. They develop the ability to use Japanese effectively according to their purpose, the person with whom they are communicating, and the situation.
In class, we place importance on activities in which students think, make choices, and reach decisions for themselves—for example, gathering information, organizing their ideas, discussing them with others, and giving presentations. By reflecting on their learning and reviewing what they are now able to do in Japanese, students identify their progress and connect it to the next stage of learning.

In homeroom, students reflect on their Japanese language learning and identify what they can already do and the areas they need to improve. They then set their next goals, choose what and how they need to study, and make a plan to work toward those goals.

By repeating the cycle of setting goals, taking action, and reflecting on their progress and challenges, students learn to review and adjust their study methods and plans as needed. Through this process, they develop the ability to take responsibility for their own learning and continue learning independently.

It usually takes about 3 months to move on to the next level

Japanese Ability
Beginner 1	Has the basic communication skills for greeting, introduction etc. Can keep a simple conversation.
Beginner 2	Can hold longer conversations on familiar topics. Has the communication ability necessary when shopping or at the bank, and can follow basic procedures.
Intermediate 1	Has the ability to get by on day-to-day situations. Can give simple directions and explanations
Intermediate 2	Can speak about one’s experience with expression. Can exchange ideas with friends on familiar topics.
Advanced Intermediate 1	Understands the main ideas regarding social issues on the newspaper or news, and has the basic ability to state an opinion
Advanced Intermediate 2	Understands social issues and can state one's own opinion. Other than in formal situations, has the ability to communicate without any difficulty
Advanced 1	Can state one's opinion and reasoning on various topics. Can carry out a conversation with consideration to others’feelings and position.
Advanced 2	Can understand most of what the Japanese read and hear on a day-to-day basis. Responds in Japanese that is appropriate for the speaker’s position and situation.

Private lessons are tailored to each learner. The content and schedule are decided in consultation with you, based on your learning goals and Japanese-language level.
Lesson content can be customized to suit your individual needs and preferences, including daily conversation, Japanese for work, and examination preparation.
Lessons are available for one person or for groups of two or three. Group lessons offer a lower fee per person. We also provide Japanese-language education and training for companies and organizations.
