Our Fall Academy - TYIS Seasonal Program offers a unique blend of academic exploration, hands-on STEM & STEAM activities, second or third language learning, and swimming lessons in a safe, supportive environment. Inspired by the beauty of autumn, Fall Academy embraces the season of change, discovery, and possibilities. Through engaging, hands-on activities, students will explore, create, and connect while building confidence and curiosity. They'll also have the opportunity to become Impact Makers for Change, discovering how their ideas and actions can make a difference in the world.

Program Overview
What We Offer:
• STEM & STEAM Labs: Engage your child in interactive and educational labs where science, technology, engineering, art, and math come together.
• Secondary Languages: Fun and immersive language lessons to spark curiosity in a second language.
• Swimming: Weekly swimming lessons in our heated pool. Parents must provide swimming gear for their children.
• Impact Makers for Change: Develop leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills through various hands-on activities.
Age Groups & Class Structure
Classes are organized by grades to ensure a personalized learning experience:
• Cubs (K5 - Grade 2)
• Wolves (Grade 3 - Grade 6)
• Alphas (Grade 7 - Grade 9) - may join the Wolves program if only a few sign up.
Lunch Service
Lunch is provided by Cezars Kitchen and delivered fresh each day. We offer a varied menu with options for international students.
Please Note: Lunch orders must be for the entire week, and no refunds will be given for missed meals. Lunch fees are also non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Program Fees:
• Non-TYIS Members: ¥63,250 / week
• TYIS / KG Members: ¥55,000 / week
Optional Add-Ons:
• Lunch:
o Small: ¥4,600 / 5 days
o Large: ¥4,850 / 5 days
Seasonal Wear:
• One T-Shirt will be given as a participation gift.
• Additional shirts can be purchased.
• The seasonal shirt is required during program hours.
To ensure we can have your shirt made in time, please sign up by October 16th, 2026. Registrations after this date may not receive a shirt depending on our remaining stock.

Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible refund policy:
・8+ days before the program start date: 100% refund
・1-7 days before the program start date: 70% refund
・Same day (before 9:00 am): 50% refund
・After 9:00 am: No refund
Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks and are subject to a transfer fee.
