Christmas Concert was held at Morishita Bunka Center

Our annual "The Yuletide In Song" concert was held on Friday, December 10th at the Morishita Bunka Center located in Koto-ku. Many TYiS parents came to see the concert and enjoyed listening to Christmas and winter songs sung on stage by the students in Kindergarten through Grade 6. Each grade sang two songs, and we had a special performance of "The Christmas Song" by our assistant principal on tenor saxophone accompanied by our Music teacher on piano.

For the Kindergarten students, it was their first time to perform on a stage. They looked nervous seeing many people in the audience, but with the warm atmosphere, they sang great. First graders sang and danced during their songs, the second graders sang the song "All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth", the third graders danced and used hand bells, the fourth graders performed the famous winter song "Let It Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!", The fifth and sixth graders performed together using glockenspiels and hand bells. After this, the sixth graders recited "The Night Before Christmas" with their teacher.
We ended the concert by signing the traditional song "The Twelve Days of Christmas" with all the TYiS students, staff, and audience. We all enjoyed the Christmas Concert!
