Our program summary is as below.

Classes



1. Mr Lara's Puppet Theater Course (K5-G3)


In this course, students will create a fun-filled puppet show by transforming an ordinary cardboard box into a one-of-a-kind, Box Theater! Students will work together in the creation of a stage, scenery, puppets, and storyline inspired by a favorite character, book, or movie. Come and enjoy our Puppet Theater!



2. Mr. Zaffino's Tabletop Roleplaying Workshop (G2-G8)

This workshop will centre on students researching and building their own characters including artwork and written back story, followed by playing through an interactive story campaign using verbal storytelling, creative choices, social interactions, writing, visuals and props. Students will learn about classic fantasy story characters and elements while expanding their knowledge of descriptive writing, creative world building, acting, listening, teamwork and social skills, all in a fun and interactive way.



3. Mr. Dickens's Voiceover class(G3-G8)


Students in the Voiceover class will explore vocal expression techniques through various games, exercises, and scripted performances. Students will also learn basic recording techniques. We will end the program by dubbing student voices over an existing animated clip or creating a short radio play using student voices and sound effects.
