【実施報告】みっくす！11/16（日）御岳渓谷へハイキングに行きました。

11月16日（日）、日本で暮らす外国にルーツのあるこどもたちと一緒に、東京都青梅市・御岳渓谷へハイキングに出かけました。電車での移動も含め、みんなで景色を楽しむ小さな冒険です。
御嶽駅から軍畑駅までの道のりを、しりとりをしたり、川のせせらぎに耳をすませたりしながら約1時間半かけて歩きました。多摩川沿いの遊歩道では、澄んだ水の流れや紅葉が広がり、子どもたちは「きれい！」と笑顔で足を止めていました。途中の無人販売所でゆずやすだちを見つけ、興味津々で手に取る姿もありました。
昼食は沢井駅前の広場で。食後には拾い集めた紅葉を使って、紙皿に色とりどりの葉を貼り、動物の形をつくる工作を行いました。言葉が十分に通じなくても、作品づくりを通して自然と会話が生まれ、みんなで笑い合う時間となりました。
ハイキングの終点・軍畑駅では、売店で好きなお菓子を選んで一息つきました。達成感と心地よい疲れの中、帰りの電車では「また行きたいね」と嬉しそうに話す声が響いていました。
自然の中でゆったり過ごすこうした経験は、こどもたちにとって安心して自分を出せる大切な時間です。次回は、【12月21日（日）】を予定しています。詳しいことは、またHPに情報をアップします。
"MIKKUSU!" is a day-out program for kids with international backgrounds living in Japan. On Sunday, November 16th, we went hiking in Mitake Valley in Ome City, Tokyo. We walked the roughly 1.5-hour trail from Mitake Station to Ikusabata Station, enjoying the scenery and playing word-linking games along the way.
As we followed the Tama River promenade, we admired the clear water, colorful autumn leaves, and large rocks. The shops selling yuzu and sudachi citrus fruits also caught our attention, and we enjoyed browsing and buying them. From the bridge over the Tama River, a beautiful view opened up below us, and we found ourselves saying, "So beautiful!" as we took in the scenery.
For lunch, we laid out our picnic sheets in the park in front of Sawai Station, which is located between Mitake Station and Ikusabata Station. After eating, we made crafts using the autumn leaves we had collected along the way. We drew pictures on paper plates and attached the leaves to create animals. Experimenting with different colors and shapes, each of us happily completed our own unique and adorable creation.
After finishing the hike and arriving at Ikusabata Station, we bought some snacks at the station shop and relaxed on the benches. We took a short break while eating our snacks and enjoyed a peaceful moment before boarding the train.

11がつ16にち（にちようび）、がいこくに るーつのある こどもたちの
でいあうとぷろぐらむ「みっくす！」が ありました。
でんしゃで おうめしに ある みたけけいこくへ
はいきんぐに いきました。
みたけえきから いくさばたえきまで あるきました。
あるくじかんは、だいたい 1じかん30ふん でした。
たまがわの そばの みちでは、きれいな かわや もみじ、
おおきな いわを みながら、たのしく あるきました。
ゆずや すだちを うっている ばしょも ありました。
みんなで おかいものを して、たのしみました。
はしの うえからは、とても きれいな けしきが みえました。
おひるごはんは、さわいえきの ひろばで たべました。
ごはんの あとは、こうさくを しました。
みちで ひろった もみじと かみの おさらを つかって、
どうぶつの かたちを つくりました。
いろや かたちを えらんで、すてきな さくひんが できました。
はいきんぐが おわったあと、えきの まえの おみせで
すきな おかしを かいました。

Tabunka Kyosei Space▽ provides a "place," "education," and "opportunities" for children with international backgrounds living in Japan, aiming to create a society where all children and youth can live "happily," "peacefully," and "authentically."
「みっくす！」は、外国にルーツのある子どもの１日外出プログラムです。
ボランティアに参加した学生の「こんな活動があったらいいな」の声がきっかけにスタートしました。
"MIKKUSU!" is a one-day outing program for children with international backgrounds. The program was started in response to a request from a student volunteer who said, "I wish there was such an activity."
外国にルーツのある子どもたちは「言葉」「制度」「経済的」な課題により、体験の機会が限定されてしまうことも少なくありません。実際に自分でチケットを購入したり、公共交通機関に乗って出かけたり、新しい仲間と出会い、日常とは違う楽しさや体験の中で日本語を学びます。
Children with international backgrounds are often limited in their opportunities for experiences due to "language," "institutional" and "economic" challenges. In this program, they actually buy their own tickets, ride public transportation, go out, meet new friends, and learn Japanese through fun and experiences that are different from their daily lives.
