サマーキャンプ要項

【日　程】2026年8月21日（金）～8月23日（日）2泊3日

【参加できる人】日本で暮らしている、外国にルーツのある小学3年生～中学生（2026年4月1日に8才～15才の人）
＊別の国で生活をしていて、夏休み期間中のみ日本に来ている人は対象となりません。

【定　員】30人（抽選）

【集合・解散場所】新宿駅　または　国立駅

【行き先】東京YMCA山中湖センター　（山梨県）

【参加費】
このキャンプは参加費のサポートがあります。
家庭の状況に合わせて選べます。
※お支払い金額に関係なく、キャンプ中はすべての人が公平です。

■参加費について(4つの中から選んでください)
・59,400円を払うことができます。(正規の金額を支払うことができます。)
・29,700円を払うことができます。(サポートを希望します)
・11,000円を払うことができます。(サポートを希望します)
・参加費を払うことができません。(全額サポートを希望します)

難しい手続きはありません。まずは相談をしてください。
※サポートの金額や情報によって、書類の提出をお願いすることがあります。

■書類について(必要な時は、以下のものがあればサポートできます)
・非課税証明書
・就学援助の証明
・児童扶養手当の証明
・生活保護の証明
・学校の先生や支援の人からの推薦

簡単なものでOKです。

書類が難しいときは、相談してください。
書類は写真でも大丈夫です。スマートフォンで撮って送れます。
全ての人に必要ではありません。

・スタッフが保護者にていねいに説明します。
・日本語が難しい人でも大丈夫です。
・困ったときはいつでも相談できます。

【参加までの流れ】
① ６月９日午後1：00から６月29日までにエントリーしてください。
エントリーフォームは、近くなったらHPにてお知らせします。

② 抽選(男女比、年齢の区分の中で抽選をします。)
↓
③ 7月７日にキャンプに参加できるかどうかをメールします。(予定)
↓
④ キャンプ参加者は、説明会があります。

多文化共生スペース▽では、日本で暮らす全ての子どもや若者が、「楽しく」「安心して」「自分らしく」生きられる社会を実現するために、「外国にルーツのある子どもたち」を対象に、子どもたちの「場」「学び」「機会」を提供します。

Summer Camp Information

[Dates] August 21(Fri.) to August 23 (Sun.), 2026. 2 nights, 3 days.

[Who can participate?] Children with international backgrounds, living in Japan who are 8-15 years old (from 3rd grade of elementary school to 3rd grade of junior high school) on April 1, 2026.
＊This program is not open to those who are living in another country and come to Japan only during the summer vacation period.


[Capacity] 30 people (by lottery)

[Meeting & Return Locations] Shinjuku Station or Kunitachi Station

[Destination] Tokyo YMCA Yamanakako Center (Yamanashi Prefecture)

[Participation Fee]
This camp offers financial assistance for participation fees.
Depending on your family situation, you can choose from the following options.
*All participants are treated equally during the camp, regardless of the fee they pay.

■Participation Fee(You can choose from the following four options.)

・I will pay the full fee (59,400 yen).
・I will pay 29,700 yen (with financial support).
・I will pay 11,000 yen (with financial support).
・I am unable to pay the fee (full support requested)

The application process is simple. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
*Depending on the amount of assistance you are applying for and the information you provide, we may ask you to submit specific documents.

■ Required Documents (We can assist you with your application if you have the following documents ready)
・Proof of non-taxable income
・Proof of receiving school expense support
・Proof of participation in the Child Rearing Allowance for Single Parents
・Proof of receiving welfare benefits
・Recommendation from a school teacher or a representative of a support organization

Simple documents are fine.

If you have trouble preparing the documents, please let us know.
You may also submit photos of the documents. Just take a picture with your smartphone and send it to us.
Not everyone is required to submit them.

【How to participate】
① Please apply using the application form between 1:00 PM on June 9th and June 29th.
More details will be posted on our website once they are ready,

② Participants will be selected by lottery, considering age and gender balance.
↓
③ We will email you the results of the lottery on July 7th.
↓
④ An orientation for participating campers will be held on August 1th.

【にんずう】30にん（ちゅうせん）

【あつまるばしょ・かえるばしょ】しんじゅくえき　または　くにたちえき

【いくところ】とうきょうYMCAやまなかこせんたー　（やまなしけん）

【さんかするためのおかね】
この　きゃんぷは　さんかひの　さぽーとが　あります。
おうちの　おかねの　じょうきょうに　あわせて　えらべます。
※おかねに　かんけいなく　この　きゃんぷでは　みんな　おなじように　たいせつに　されます。

■さんか　するための　おかねに　ついて(えらんでください)
・59,400えんを　はらいます。(きまった　りょうきんを　はらいます)
・29,700えんを　はらいます。(さぽーとが　ほしいです)
・11,000えんを　はらいます。(さぽーとが　ほしいです)
・おかねを　はらうことが　できません。(さぽーとが　ほしいです)

もうしこみは　むずかしくありません。まずは　そうだんを　してください。
※さぽーとする　おかねや　じょうほうに　よって　しょるいを　わたしてもらうことが　あります。

■ひつような　しょるいに　ついて(さぽーとが　ひつような　ときは　これらの　しょるいが　あれば　さぽーとできます)
・ぜいきんを　はらっていないことを　しょうめいする　かみ (ひかぜいしょうめいしょ)
・がっこうの　おかねを　たすけてもらっている　しょうめい (しゅうがくえんじょ)
・こどもを　そだてる　おかねを　たすけてもらっている　しょうめい (じどうふようてあて)
・せいかつする　おかねを　たすけてもらっている　しょうめい (せいかつほご)
・がっこうの　せんせいや　さぽーとしてくれる　ひとの　しょうかい

かんたんな　もので　OKです。

しょるいが　むずかしい　ときは　そうだんしてください。
しょるいは　しゃしんでも　だいじょうぶです。すまーとふぉんで　とって　おくれます。

すべての　ひとに　ひつようでは　ありません。

■さぽーとへの　もうしこみ
・かんたんに　もうしこめます。
・すたっふが　おかあさん・おとうさんに　ていねいに　せつめいします。
・にほんごが　じょうずじゃ　なくても　あんしんして　きてください。
・こまったときは　いつでも　そうだんできます。

【きゃんぷに　さんかするまでの　ながれ】
① ６がつ９にち　ごご1：00から　６がつ29までに　もうしこみを　してください。
くわしいことは　ちかくなったら　HPにて　おしらせします。
↓
② ちゅうせん(おとこのこ・おんなのこの　にんずう　ねんれいを　みながら　ちゅうせんを　します。)
↓
③ 7がつ７にちに　きゃんぷに　さんかできるか　どうかを　めーるします。
↓
④ きゃんぷに　さんかできる　ひとは　8がつに　せつめいかいが　あります。

※この　きゃんぷは　とうきょうYWCAむさしのせんたーの　「いちごのへや」と　いっしょに　おこなっています。

たぶんかきょうせいすぺーす▽は　にほんに　すんでいる　こどもや　わかものが　「たのしく」　「あんしんして」　「じぶんらしく」　いきることが　できる　しゃかいを　めざしています。
